Description
For kitchen and kitchen knife enthusiasts, the curious, and those who have already taken our introductory courses and would like a new forging experience, this course is for you!
The course takes place over two days and is limited to 6 participants to guarantee an optimal, personalized experience. At the end of the course, you'll have a functional Petty kitchen knife ready for use in the kitchen. You'll also have forged 1 or 2 additional blades, completed or not, depending on your practice.
Level: Beginner
Language: Our courses are mainly taught in French. However, for those who prefer instruction in English, we recommend enrolling in a private or semi-private course.
Prerequisites: None
Duration: Twodays, 9am to 5pm or four weeknights, 6pm to 10pm .
Age : For all participants aged 16 to 17 An accompanying adult must participate in the activity with the minor for the duration of the activity. Theaccompanying adult must pay for his or her own seat on workshop. Participants aged 18 and over may participate on their own.
Cost: $650 + taxes
Other details: Bring a lunch and a bottle of water; a fridge and microwave will be provided. Please wear natural clothing (jeans, cotton, etc.) and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. All tools will be provided on site.
