Unaccompanied visitors can visit the Savoir-Fer permanent exhibition at their own pace.
Fall schedule (October - December 2024): Thursday to Sunday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

GUIDED TOUR
Duration: Guided tour of the Savoir-Fer exhibition and workshop visit.
A guided tour of the Savoir-Fer exhibition will introduce you to the history and evolution of the artisan forge, from industrialization to the present day. During the visit to the workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore the space where workshops are held and learn about the organization of the blacksmith's workspace. The guide will demystify the work of the artisan blacksmith by presenting the different tools and techniques used in creating forged objects.
*Please note: This tour does not include a private forge demonstration. While you will be able to observe the blacksmiths at work during your visit, most of the information will be provided by the guide.

First Sunday of the month - Free admission to museums
Open to the general public, the activities we offer every 1st Sunday of the month are free!
In a nod to the era when the forge workshop was a gathering place in the village, we offer forge demonstrations, themed entertainment, and family activities.
